Job summary:
MBA Freshers can use this exciting opprotunity to be part of KPMG accouting/audit process.
Acquire knowledge on all applications related to KPMG network
As per the work assignment perform KPMG standard/Case Study /Client Instructions and complete work request
Submit to QA, monitors the work alloted and reviews
Schedule the tasks and plan the activities involved in time tracking tool
Deliever the tasks assign and complete work assigned as per targetted deadlines
In Sync with QA or TL if review the PBC document/instructions and underline the missing and get approval if the time line exceeds
Follow tracking sheet guidelines
As part of continuos improvement process, candidates need To attend process related and soft skill trainings.
Follow the rules and guideliness to be inline with process improvement.
Taking up intiatives from the TL to evaluate process capabilities.
Interview Process:
Round 1: Written test evaluating accounting and audit concepts
Round 2 :Test on Excel concepts:Ability of candidate to work on excel preliminary concepts
Round 3: HR Round : Evaluating Communication capabilities and level of confidence.
