Job Profile :
 Handling incoming calls and speak to the customers. Troubleshooting hardware/software problems with the shoppers. Supporting US/Canadian customers.
Desired Skills :
Smart communication skills in verbal and speaking. Basic laptop  knowledge and  internet information is required. Able to manage in night shifts and rotational basis. Candidates those who are looking for swap in work location also can apply. No Arrears or backlogs in the graduation. Post Graduates need not apply
